Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
The Client : The company or individual requesting the services of Mad Idol Ltd.
Mad Idol Ltd: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates.
General
Mad Idol Ltd will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by email, telephone, mail or fax. Mad Idol Ltd will carry out work only for clients who are 18 years of age or above. An 'order' is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between Mad Idol Ltd and the client; this includes telephone and email agreements.
Website Design
Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Mad Idol Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Mad Idol Ltd until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
Any scripts, cgi applications, php scripts, or software (unless specifically agreed) written by Mad Idol Ltd remain the copyright of Mad Idol Ltd and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Mad Idol Ltd.
Mad Idol Ltd cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
Payments
Mad Idol Ltd charges monthly, with the first payment due on completion and subsequent payments every 30 days.
On receipt of the set up fee, we will purchase your domain name and register it to you as the legal owner. We will then make the site "live"
A monthly invoice will be provided with payment due within 7 days
If a payment is not received within 7 days of invoice, the website may be automatically suspended and a re-activation fee equal to 2 months rent will be required to re-activate.
There is no minimum or maximum term. The website is rented for a short or as long as required
Ownership
Mad Idol Ltd Packages will remain under the ownership of Mad Idol Ltd throughout the rental period.
Hosting is only available on our servers.
Transfer of ownership of Website Design will pass to the owner at any time for the equivalent of 1 years monthly payments.
Domain Names registered by Mad Idol Ltd will be registered to the client as the legal owner
Cancellation of Services
The Client may cancel the rental at any time by providing 30 days written notice (email is accepted)
The client will be responsible for paying the rental cost up until the last day of the cancellation notice period.
In such event, the website will be deleted within 30 days
The Client can purchase the website at any time by paying 1 years monthly payments.
Inclusive Services
Domain and Hosting Charges for the duration of the rental
1 Free Design revision per year (First design revision after initial 12 months)
Unlimited content updates (text and images during the design process) all changes after the design has been finalised may be charged for, prices may vary depening on the complexity of the task.

Alterations to Terms
Mad Idol Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as we see fit. Alterations to the Terms and Conditions will go live on our website. We will do our best to notify existing client's by email if Terms and Conditions are amended however it is the responsibility of the client to keep up to date on the latest Terms and Conditions available from our website.
Important Note:
You must provide all TEXT and Images for your website.
To ensure accuracy, all communication must be by email. While we are happy to discuss the project over the telephone, all instructions and comments regarding the development must be provided in writing by email.
